"The worst experience ever !!! I had this insurance with this agent for years and everything was okay but one time i needed help from them i went there and i talked with zach and I thought he was gonna be nice but he didint ask me if wanted to take a sit or nothing and his answer was i cant help u with that blah blah blah. Very rude to start and he gave me bad info it wasn’t the correct! Very disappointed then he said that was everything what he could do then i went another place and they helped me very kind and did more than him! I wasted many years with staying with him and when i need a help for the first time didint help me ! Now im okay where i am. But don’t recommend him!"

"I was looking to save on my car insurance. I did one of those full in forms online. And a thousand numbers called. I happened to get place with this company. I saved 50 bucks a month afterwards and I also brought renters insurance which I did not have on my previous insurance. The agent Rashad was pleasant and patient and explained everything well. Besides having saved money today, Rashad with his excellent customer service, willing to listen, and was not quick to rush sold me as well. Thank you Rashad and thank you State Farm for saving me money."

"I recently purchased a newer vehicle and when I called my car insurance company, the premium was OUTRAGEOUS. I decided to do an online quote through State Farm’s website and their quote was similar to the previous premium. Within minutes (and I mean MINUTES), I received a phone call from Samantha V at a local SF office near my residence. She walked me through the quote, driving history, and provided concise explanations of different plans. I was amazed at how EASY it was to go through the process. I had been with my previous company for over 15 years but based on the finances, inclusions in the plan and amazing customer service — I decided to go with Samantha and State Farm. I had the documents and coverage within minutes. Highly recommended! Looking forward to discussing additional services available through State Farm in the future. update: 8/9/2023 - still using Zach Armiger State Farm and absolutely love their rates, services and most importantly friendly staff."
